I've always been an avid artist, my main strength being cartoon drawings, and it was always my ambition to be an artist of some kind. My 3D story began when I was about 15, I came across a free version of TrueSpace 2 on a CD on a magazine. I played with it for a while and made a really lame space ship made of a torus, a cylinder and a few spheres and boxes. Crappy as it was, I was hooked.
I did a 2 week work experience that same year at a 3D visualisation company which I later joined again to work for a year after finishing my National Diploma in Multimedia.
I specialise in 3Ds max and Photoshop, but am also capable of building multimedia presentations in Flash, and have a basic knowledge of Dreamweaver, Freehand and Illustrator.
I love all things fantasy, including books (especially by R.A Salvatore) computer games (Fable, Guild Wars, Neverwinter Nights) and of course, art.
I have recently completed a degree in Multimedia at Sheffield Hallam University, where I achieved a First Class with Honours.
